Villariaza Global Accounting Solutions was founded by Julius Villariaza, a Certified Public Accountant and member of both the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Philippine Institute of CPAs (PICPA), after more than a decade managing accounting, finance, audit, and compliance functions across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
The firm started with a straightforward premise: business owners — whether a local Philippine startup or a growing multinational group — deserve a financial partner they can actually rely on. Not just someone entering transactions, but a partner who delivers clean books, audit-ready records, and advice that actually helps decisions get made.
Today, the firm operates as a fully remote practice, resourcing engagements by expertise and jurisdiction knowledge rather than by office location — giving clients access to the right skill set regardless of where they, or we, are based.

Founder & CPAJulius founded Villariaza Global Accounting Solutions after more than a decade managing accounting, finance, audit, and compliance functions across the Philippines, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Singapore.
His work centers on multi-entity and multi-currency accounting — consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and cross-border reporting — paired with deep tax and compliance expertise spanning US sales & use tax, UK VAT/HMRC, Canada GST/HST, and Philippine BIR requirements.

We run on cloud-based platforms — QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite — because they give clients real-time visibility instead of a static report delivered weeks after month-end.
